Three ways we take a problem off your plate
Most jobs start as one of these and end up touching two. Take what's useful — we'd rather solve the actual problem than sell you a package.
Part procurement
You know the part you need. Finding somebody who still sells it is the hard bit. We do the chasing — distributors, surplus, cross-references, the manufacturer's replacement line — and come back with what's actually available and what it costs.
Obsolete & discontinued parts
Cross-referencing to a current equivalent, or locating remaining stock.
Single-source components
Where one supplier holds all the cards, we find out what the alternatives really are.
Quote comparison
Landed cost, lead time and minimum order laid out side by side, not buried in emails.
Order follow-through
We stay on it until it lands on your dock, and tell you early if a date slips.
Your supplier said “no longer available”, or the quote came back with a lead time you can't live with.
Part design
When the part genuinely doesn't exist any more, the answer is to make a new one. We model it in 3D from whatever you've got — the original drawing, the broken piece, or measurements off the machine — and take it through to something you can hold.
Replacement part modelling
A working 3D model built from the broken original, with the wear designed out.
Custom jigs, guards & fixtures
One-off tooling for the awkward job your crew currently does by hand.
Drawings for fabrication
Dimensioned prints your machine shop can quote from without coming back with questions.
Print & machining coordination
We get it made in the right material and check the first one fits before you order more.
The part is unobtainable at any price, or the same component keeps failing and needs to be built better.
Ongoing support
The problem solving that never gets urgent enough to schedule, and never goes away. We pick it up on a standing basis so it stops accumulating, so the backlog stops being something you carry from one month into the next.
Supplier & order chasing
Somebody who actually follows up on the open POs nobody has time to track.

What it costs
Every job is different, so a price list wouldn't tell you anything useful. What it costs depends on the part, the lead time, and how much chasing it takes to land.
