Imperial City Solutions is three brothers, based in Sarnia, Ontario. We do industrial problem solving: the one-off sourcing, design and support work that sits between a supplier's catalogue and a contractor's minimum job size.
WHY WE STARTED
The same request kept turning up: somebody needs one part, one drawing, or one problem taken off their plate — and nobody wants the job.
It's too small to be worth a contract, too odd to be a catalogue order, and too slow to be anyone's priority. So it sits. Meanwhile a machine runs at half capacity, or a crew works around a fault for another six months.
That's the work we wanted. Between us we've spent years in repair, tooling and day-to-day industrial operations, and the through-line is always the same — the problem isn't usually hard, it's just that nobody has the hours to chase it down. We have the hours, and we like the chase.
Three brothers
One field, one shared skillset
The three of us work closely in the same field, with years of overlapping experience across repair, tooling and industrial operations. We've built the same instincts from different angles, and we've been solving each other's problems since long before this was a business.
That overlap is why the three services below belong together. Sourcing a part, designing a replacement and keeping a plant's odd jobs moving are usually the same problem viewed three ways — and there's always one of us who has seen it before.

We're based in Sarnia and serve South-Western Ontario on the ground — close enough to be on your floor when a job needs eyes on it.
Procurement, design and support work we take from anywhere in Canada, coast to coast. Distance doesn't change how a part gets found or a drawing gets made.
How we work
We'll tell you if we can't help
If a job is outside what we do, or you'd be better off buying new, you'll hear that in our first reply rather than after a week of quoting.
The right one of us takes it
Jobs get handed to whichever of us is best suited to them. Handoffs are deliberate, and nothing gets dropped in the process.
Options, then a recommendation
You get the routes with costs and lead times attached, and our honest read on which one we'd pick. The call stays yours.
Bad news early
If a supplier slips a date or a part arrives wrong, you find out the day we do — not the week it was supposed to land.
